Developed from fully synthetic material, this classic looking brush is suitable for those who do no want to use bristle or badger hair brushes.

The bristles are crimped to emulate real badger bristles, thus allowing enough water to be retained in the brush to produce the perfect lather.

Why Use a Shaving Brush?

  • The stiff bristles prepare the face for shaving by gently lifting and moistening the hairs and opening the pours. Rubbing gel or cream onto your face with your hands simply cannot achieve this.
  • A rich lather can be produced. Many shaving gels today are self-lathering - but they won't beat the lather produced by quality shaving brushes. A good lather is vital for a comfortable shave.
  • It exfoliates and cleans your skin.
  • Less shaving cream is used - you can build up a good lather with very little cream.
  • It's a classic shaving experience - just like your father and grandfather used to!

Kent Brushes

Founded nearly 250 years ago, G B Kent & Sons Ltd. is a truly historical firm, mixing innovation and technology with traditional methods and designs.

The company stayed in the Kent family until the 1930s, when the last member passed away. Fortunately, control was taken over by fellow brush company Cosby, starting a new reign of continued success. It's still in the Cosby family to this day, and remains in England.
